Service Opportunity-Saturday March 29, 2014

Hello all,

Please see below for an opportunity for community service, coordinated by SNA (Student Nurses Association) at SVSU. It would be great to have some of our Theta Chi  members participate.

A SERVICE DAY is scheduled this coming Saturday March 29th. You may volunteer at 3 different locations. The YMCA, Saginaw Rescue Mission and the Underground Railroad of Saginaw. There will be two time blocks/sessions from 10am-2pm and 1pm-4pm. People can chose a time block to volunteer. Volunteers will break up into groups; each group will go to one site.

Participants are encouraged to meet at the HHS building where breakfast or lunch will be provided, and they will receive a T-shirt to wear for the day. From there, each group can carpool to their site.

Please pass this on to other faculty, colleagues,  and friends you think may be interested.
