Dinner Meeting April 9, 2014-Telehealth

Next Educational Dinner meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9th, at Bay Valley Resort, 2470 Old Bridge Road, Bay City, MI (Exit 160 off of I-75; Turn south on Bay Road, then right onto Three Mile Rd/light).

AGENDA:
5:30pm Networking and Cash Bar
6:00pm Dinner - choice of stuffed chicken, london broil, salmon, or vegetarian lasagna (specify with RSVP please)
7:00pm Telehealth by Susan Pfundt, RN (one contact hour of CE for nurses)
8:00pm Adjourn Educational Meeting

RSVP by email is required no later than Monday, March 31st (payment must be made for all RSVPs since we guarantee and have to pay Bay Valley for that number).

The cost to attend the dinner meeting is $25 for members or $30 for non-members and payment will be made at the door by cash or check. In the event of cancellation of a RSVP, a substitute person may attend or check mailed in.

Students are welcome to attend the dinner meeting for $20 or just the education presentation and meeting at no cost, but must RSVP by email individually specifying which.
