Hospice Registered Nurse

Overview
As a Hospice Registered Nurse with our client, you will collaborate with the care team to provide outstanding patient care. You will support patients in Bad Axe and surrounding areas, ensuring critical deadlines are met for charting.

Schedule and Shift Details
● Schedule is day shift, Monday – Friday within our hours of operation 8a-5p. On call requirements included 1-2 Saturdays or Sundays 8a-5pm per month, two holidays per year.

Required Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience with Hospice
• 1+ years of experience with TruChart EHR or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Other EMR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Michigan (MI)
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certifications/licenses
